Look for the red square marking the focus point/spot and see how it moves from frame to frame. Precisely track a spot, even if not your intended spot.. or alter/adjust it a bit by letting it slide along the target, such as moving from the front to the side. The more precisely you track, the slower shutter speed you can use, only blurring the background and not your subject
