2019 NASA 25 Hours of Thunderhill Photo Packages
A variety of photo packages are available based on your team's need for speed.
Photo package orders placed and paid for prior to the event will receive extra focus/attention during shooting. (Order via e-mail to [email protected])
Digital photo packages are for high resolution digital photos. No printed photographs or other hard goods are included, but we can help you with ordering prints or other items after the event should you require that assistance. Customers will receive a link to a OneDrive (or Dropbox) folder for you to download the photos to your computer. If you want a CD/DVD/USB/SD card of photos, that can be provided for a separate additional charge.
High-resolution electronic photo packages for teams begin at $125 for the budget personal/non-commercial use package, photos processed and delivered after "priority" and "standard" package clients.
Sold Out: $250 = Priority - team/non-commercial package. Priority delivery of 10+ images via email/messages during event, a few during practice, and prioritized delivery of gallery of images after the race.
$175 = Standard team/non-commercial package with delivery of photos after race, processed after priority delivery customers.
$125 = Budget team/non-commercial package with photos processed and delivered after "priority" and "standard" package clients. Great way to save, and if you order before the weekend begins, we know to be sure to photograph you on track, and secure your spot in line ahead of others who purchase after you.
12-hour pricing, individual driver, budget (slower turn-around of images), and low quantity of photos rates are to be determined. I try to treat everyone fairly, following the theory of under-promise and over-deliver, but as we know, racing is incredibly unpredictable and stuff happens.
Reminder: Pre-event orders receive extra focus when shooting!!!
VIP, Rush and Deadline processing is available for an additional charge. Commercial/advertising use licenses are additional.

Please provide your name, team name, car number, car color(s), make and model of race car, what class you are running, which level of packages you're interested in, and what your needs are.
Important Note: I prefer email for discussing packages. This allows written communications for both parties. Email is further encouraged, as even though my phone number is public, I DO NOT answer numbers that I do not know. During the event, text messages are encouraged if needed, as I cannot hear/speak trackside, but can read quick texts with minimal distraction from shooting.

Turn-around may vary based on volume. Please allow AT LEAST 2 weeks for processing of images for standard turn-around packages. Packages purchased in advance of event will receive priority in shooting, processing and delivery. Commercial/advertising use is also available on a case-by-case basis for an additional charge based on use/need and anticipated reach/scope.

Non-package/individual photo/À la carte purchases: Teams and individuals purchasing packages will receive top priority in processing of images, therefore galleries for browsing and purchase of individual images will not happen until after all processing for deadline, rush, and package orders have been completed. That's why the packages are the best win/win for both of us. Thank you for your understanding.)
